We only collect information you actively provide. Nothing on this site is submitted without you pressing a button, and every form marks optional fields as optional.

Supply Review request (Contact page)

• Full name, company name, and business email (required)
• Industry, delivery city or ZIP code, and how you would like to be contacted (required)
• Optional: phone number, operation size, how you currently manage recurring supplies, approximate reorder frequency, supply categories, what you would like to improve, and a message
• A record that you acknowledged this policy before submitting

Pilot interest form

• Name, organization, business email, and sector (required)
• Optional: phone number, how you currently manage supplies, what you hope to improve, and notes

Quick Supply Snapshot

• Organization, contact name, and email (required)
• Your answers about how supplies are ordered today, which supplies recur, and what you would like to improve (optional)
• Files you choose to upload — invoices, lists, reports, spreadsheets, screenshots, or photos. Uploading anything is optional, and you can submit a snapshot with no files at all

If you email us directly at sales@mcysolutions.com, we receive your address, your message, and anything you attach.

• This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not buy personal information from data brokers or third-party lists.
• We do not ask for payment details, tax identification numbers, or employee records anywhere on this site.

• To prepare for a supply review or pilot conversation, so the first discussion is useful rather than generic

• To keep the forms and the website working and secure

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use what you submit to generate scores, ratings, or automated decisions about you or your business.

• Submissions are sent to our backend server and saved in a private database. Your browser never handles login credentials.
• Access is limited to MCY Solutions staff who handle supply inquiries.
• Snapshot files are kept in private storage. They are not publicly accessible, no public links are created for them, and each file stays tied to your submission.
• Each snapshot submission receives a reference code (for example SNP-20261008-A1B2C3) so we can find your request later.

• The Snapshot is reached through a direct link we send you. It is not listed in the site menu, the footer, or the sitemap, and search engines are asked not to index it.
• That keeps it out of search results, but it is not a secure document vault. Please share only what you are comfortable a potential supplier seeing.
• You decide what to include. Blank answers stay blank, and nothing is required beyond your name, organization, and email.
• We use your answers to prepare a follow-up conversation. They are not published, and they are not shared outside MCY Solutions.

We share information only with the service providers that host our website, database, and file storage, under confidentiality obligations, and only to the extent needed for them to provide those services. We do not share it for their own marketing. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.

We keep your submission while we are in contact with you, and afterward as a business record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see below.

Email sales@mcysolutions.com and tell us which request you are referring to (your name, company, or Submission ID is enough). You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have on file for you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your submission and any files you uploaded
• Stop contacting you

We may need to keep a minimal record where we have a legitimate reason to do so, and we may need to confirm your identity before making a change.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send anything you consider highly confidential. If you believe your information has been exposed through us, email sales@mcysolutions.com and we will look into it.

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We may update this policy as our services change; the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
